Over 25 years of building human capacity and transforming organisations across Nigeria and West Africa — through facilitation, training, and consultancy that goes beyond the classroom.
MIND+ Facilitation Limited is a human capital and business development company based in Lagos, Nigeria. Founded by Noruwa Joseph Edokpolo, MIND+ has spent over 25 years helping individuals and organisations across Nigeria and West Africa discover and develop their latent potential.
We deliver transformational interventions in the areas of organisational development, human capital development, leadership training, board retreats, entrepreneurship (ILO SIYB), and strategic consultancy — all grounded in real-world experience, certified methodologies, and a genuine commitment to our clients' growth.
We believe that every organisation carries untapped potential. Our job is to help you find it, develop it, and sustain it.
We use the 5-D model of Appreciative Inquiry as the foundation of our change and facilitation work — a strengths-based approach that builds on what works.
We set the bar high in every engagement and hold ourselves to it without exception.
We are honest, transparent, and do what we say — always in the best interest of our clients.
Every intervention is designed to deliver measurable, lasting change — not just a good session.
We work with our clients, not for them — as genuine partners in their development journey.
We bring fresh thinking, proven methodologies, and adaptive approaches to every challenge.
